UNDOK App Service Support Update Notice

In response to future updates to Apple iOS and Google Android operating systems, the UNDOK App may no longer function properly with certain earlier SANGEAN products. This change only affects support for the UNDOK App. Your product itself will continue to operate normally using the buttons on the device or the remote control.

If you currently use the UNDOK App to control your SANGEAN product, please refer to the information below to check whether your product is affected.

How can I confirm whether my product is affected?

Please check whether your product model and the first two characters of the serial number, referred to as the SN Prefix, are included in the affected product lists below.

The SN Prefix can be found on the barcode label located on the bottom or back of the product. Please refer to the photo below.

Models that Support Only the UNDOK App

If your product model and SN Prefix match the table below, you may no longer be able to use the UNDOK App in the future. Switching to another app is currently not available for these models.

Models that Can Be Used with the OKTIV App

If your product model and SN Prefix match the table below, you will be able to continue controlling and configuring your product through the OKTIV App. With ongoing support and updates, the OKTIV App offers a more modern and reliable user experience. Products currently available for sale also work with the OKTIV App, allowing you to enjoy convenient wireless control.

Please note: Even if the product model is the same, different production versions may support different apps. Please be sure to check the SN Prefix as well.

How will the UNDOK App be affected?

• iPhone / iPad users
  With future iOS system updates, some of the products listed above may no longer be able to use the UNDOK App properly.
   
• Android users
  In the future, some Android devices may no longer be able to search for or download the UNDOK App from the Google Play Store.

SANGEAN will continue to monitor relevant service information and provide the latest updates. For products that support the OKTIV App, users can continue to enjoy full app control through the OKTIV App. All affected products can also continue to be operated and used normally through the buttons on the device or with the remote control.
